Dr. Deep is an expert in all aspects of paediatric conditions with a particular interest in acute paediatric conditions especially paediatric sepsis.
Dr. Deep is also the main author for the National Paediatric Sepsis Toolkits for Paediatrics and has co-authored the safety netting leaflet for sepsis awareness for parents in the UK. He is actively involved in sepsis awareness campaigns for the schools and GPs.
He is the medical advisor to the UK Sepsis Trust Executive Committee and represents England in the Core Panel Group to standardise pathways for the care of acutely unwell children in the Emergency Department.
Dr. Akash Deep is a Paediatric Intensivist and Director of Paediatric Intensive Care at King's College Hospital. He trained in prestigious Mumbai and Chandigarh Institutes and sub-specialized in Paediatric Intensive Care at Great Ormond Street Hospital, St Mary's Hospital and Royal Brompton Hospital, London.
Dr. Deep is actively involved in clinical research and has published widely in peer-reviewed journals. He regularly presents his work and lectures in the UK and abroad.
