



Sports & Exercise Medicine
Dr Ajai Seth is a highly experienced Consultant in Sport, Exercise & Rehabilitation Medicine based in London. He specialises in musculoskeletal injury, running mechanics, racket sport injuries, football and rugby injury, chronic fatigue syndrome and groin pain. He is the player doctor for the Annual Wimbledon Tennis Championships and the LTA.
He is highly trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging diagnostics and therapeutic injections including steroid, high volume, PRP and prolotherapy, as well as shock wave therapy.
Dr Seth works closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate care, tailored to the individual. He believes getting the correct diagnosis from the beginning is vital in providing patients with the best care and physical activity is the best form of rehabilitation.
Dr Seth is President of the Royal Society of Medicine Sports Medicine, an Executive Board Member of BASEM (British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine) and the Clinical Chairman for Circle Integrated Care, the UK’s largest integrated health provider. He also works as a Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Headley Court DMRC with the Ministry of Defence.
