



Physiotherapy
Dawood (Woody) Al-Zidgali is a Senior Physiotherapist at the Manchester Institute of Health and Performance. After gaining an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science with first class honours, he spent time working within strength and conditioning before studying for a Masters degree in Physiotherapy in 2012.
Since graduating, Mr Al-Zigdali has worked full time in professional sport, including with Super League rugby as Lead First Team Therapist for the Widnes Vikings. He has also worked with various professional athletes including a number one ranked UFC fighter, football, taekwondo, and squash players.
In 2017, Mr Al-Zigdali completed a Masters in Sport and Exercise Medicine with distinction and he added the practice of injection therapy to his skillset. He provides this service, alongside other specialties such as acupuncture, shockwave and manual therapy.
