Dr. Choy graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degrees from the University of Sydney in 1986. Choy undertook her postgraduate speciality training across well-known countries such as Australia and Hong Kong. Dr. Choy also worked as a fellow in the UK in St Bartholomew’s Hospital and the Royal Marsden Hospital before taking on consultant post as a locum at St Bartholomew's, King's College and Newham General Hospital. She worked as a substantive consultant Oncoplastic breast surgeon at Homerton University Hospital for over 14 years. Dr. Choy worked in a multi-disciplinary team in the London Breast Institute for over 10 years with breast care nurses, pathologists, oncologists, and radiologists.

Dr. Christina Choy is also interested in research regarding the genetic aspect of breast cancer by studying gene arrays and studying data of Afrocarribean young women with breast cancer. She also studies ethnic barriers affecting women in accessing early breast cancer diagnosis and aims to resolve barriers to allow easier access to medical care. She has published in many peer-reviewed scientific journals. 

Choy is an Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgeon fully registered with the General Medical Council. She also holds medical board registrations in Hong Kong and Australia. Choy is also a member of the Association of Breast Surgeons in the UK and Breast Surgeon International. Dr. Choy is fluent in English, Chinese - Cantonese.

Mr Myles Smith is a Consultant Surgical Oncologist and General Surgeon currently based at the private practices Lister Hospital, Chelsea Output Centre, and Chiswick Medical Centre. In 2013 he was appointed as a full-time Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust, where he is now the Clinical Lead. He is also an Honorary Consultant at Imperial Healthcare and Royal Free NHS Trusts. In his spare time, he tries to run a little further and faster than before. He lives in West London with his young family.
