Mr Pranav Pandya graduated in medicine in 1988 from University College London and has experience spanning over 15 years in Fetal Medicine. He currently works as a Consultant in Fetal Medicine at The Institute for Women’s Health, University College London Hospitals (UCLH) Foundation Trust. He also works as an Honorary Senior Lecturer.

Pranav is wholeheartedly committed to providing the best care for both pregnant women and their babies. He is particularly interested in high-risk and complicated pregnancies, and to this extent, he has completed extensive research into screening for fetal aneuploidy and fetal medicine.

As an avid proponent of education, Pranav is heavily involved in teaching and established a number of courses to support the training of doctors, including "Amniocentesis Workshop", "Dilemmas in Obstetric Ultrasound", "Basic Obstetric Ultrasound", "Screening for fetal anomalies in the First Trimester", "Cardiac anomalies in the First trimester – Diagnosis and management".

He was also nominated by the Times as one of the UK's leading consultants treating young patients in Britain.

Director and Clinical Lead for Fetal Medicine services at UCLH. Responsible for all high risk and routine pregnancy ultrasound.

Chair of Fetal Anomaly Screening Programme (FASP) and Down’s Syndrome Screening Programme Advisory Group at the National Screening Committee (NSC). Responsible for developing, implementing and auditing policies for the screening of fetal anomalies and Down’s syndrome in England.

Dr Tezcan completed her specialist training in London. She has been working in the NHS as a senior obstetrician and gynaecologist since 2005. She has over 15 years experience in the specialty.

Berrin completed her Fetal Medicine training at King's College Hospital and she holds Diploma in Fetal Medicine awarded by Prof Kypros Nicolaides.

She then completed an MSc degree in Prenatal Genetics and Fetal Medicine at UCL (University College London) with distinction.

Dr Tezcan worked as a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and London's major teaching hospitals. She has well established private practice both in central London and SE London. Berrin has been actively involved in the training and teaching of obstetricians and gynaecologists at all levels.

Berrin is married with two sons, 20 and 17 years old. Her sons study at Stanford University in California and at Dulwich College, London. 

Berrin enjoys spending time with her family, running, swimming and playing tennis. She has successfully completed Hever Castle Triathlon, Vitality London 10k ran for Children with Cancer UK and also completed Cancer Research UK, Race for Life 2017

Miss Arafa is a highly experienced consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She was qualified from Alexandria University after which she worked in several distinguished hospitals in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Through this, she gained extensive valuable experience working in a multi-ethnic society with different needs and conditions. In 1996, she moved to the UK and trained in many prestigious hospitals in London including King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust and St. Mary's NHS Trust. Following her training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, she also carried out clinical research at the fetal medicine unit at the Royal Free Hospital for two years. She had advanced/tertiary referral centre training and accreditation for leadership in labour ward and intrapartum care. Miss Arafa is an expert in management of high risk pregnancies,  complicated obstetric cases  with associated medical problems and Obstetrics scanning. She is certified to carry out ultrasound examinations, all types of obstetric scanning including 1st trimester nuchal translucency.

Miss Arafa is also an accredited colposcopist and has a diploma of Family Planning (DFFP). She offers a full range of gynaecological services including the management of: heavy periods, fibroids, endometriosis and pelvic pain, smear abnormalities and Colposcopy, polycystic ovarian syndrome, prolapse problems, menopause and contraception advice.

Miss Arafa feels strongly that it is every woman's right to choose the type of obstetric care and support she would like to receive. Her top priority is the safety of the mother and child and she enjoys practising privileges at the Portland Hospital where she is able to perform any necessary surgery. She combines professionalism with a personal touch, creating an open relationship in which mothers and patients are kept informed every step of the way about what to expect and the choices available to them.
