Dr Amanda Bhandari is an experienced Primary Care Physician and has worked in HCA since 2013.
She achieved her primary medical qualification (MBBS) in 2004 from the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospitals (UMDS). During her time as an undergraduate she attained an additional BSc in Physiology from Kings College London. She holds postgraduate specialist qualifications namely the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health.
She gained experience in a wide variety of hospital specialities including Obstetrics and Gynaecology, ENT, Accident and Emergency, Breast Surgery, Upper GI Surgery, General Medicine, Stroke and Diabetes. She completed the Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2009.
She has special interests in Family Medicine, Health Screening, Preventative Medicine, Women’s Health, Fertility, Sexual Health and Paediatrics.
In her free time she continues to work with Kings College, both teaching and examining Undergraduate Medical Students.
