Mr Faiz Mumtaz is a consultant urologist with over 18 years of experience in general urology with a subspecialist interest in keyhole surgery and minimally invasive robotic kidney cancer surgery. Faiz qualified in 1985 and undertook his postgraduate training at the Royal Free Hospital and University College London. He has participated in various clinical trials and is a recipient of several research innovative grants. He has developed a 3D technology to enable him perform very complex robotic surgical procedures for kidney cancer, one particular benefit of which is the preservation of the kidney as a result of only the kidney tumour being removed.

He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles on the subject of urology and kidney cancer, and also a textbook on urological emergencies.

Faiz currently consults in London at the Royal Free Hospital and at Platinum Medical Care and Wellington Hospital.

Faiz is an active member of the Lions Club of Enfield and over the last 10 years he has actively raised funds for local and International charities. He helped fundraise £300,000 for Prostate Cancer UK in 2012, and is currently actively involved with a project to raise funds for a dedicated Kidney Cancer Research Laboratory at the Institute of Immunology and Transplantation at the Royal Free Hospital.

Rob Gray is a Consultant Urological Surgeon with a reputation for high-quality minimally invasive kidney, stone and prostate surgery. He qualified in medicine and surgery with honours in 2008 and trained in Bristol, Oxford and London before taking a substantive post in Buckinghamshire. His trained in the Oxford region where he ranked in the top three trainees in the country (via National Selection) before relocating to London to complete his sub-specialist training at Kings College Hospital, St George’s hospital, Epsom and St Helier.

Since arriving in Buckinghamshire Dr. Gray has introduced Urolift, supine PCNL, transperineal prostate biopsy and robotic kidney surgery to the patients of Buckinghamshire. He is the regional representative for training registrars and regularly attends meetings as well as being an active member of the Royal Society of Medicine, Urology section to ensure he is up to date.

Dr. Gray takes an interest in the assessment and management of patients with visible blood in the urine and patients with prostatitis, recurrent urinary tract infection and bothersome urinary symptoms, much of which can be managed with the right medications and advice. Mr Marios Hadjipavlou is a London-trained consultant urological surgeon based at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital as well as Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, where he is an honorary consultant. Dr Hadjipavlou has given expert advice to NICE (the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) on a number of new benign prostatic hyperplasia treatments. He also has a passion for medical education and teaches both undergraduates and postgraduates.

Dr Hajipavlou has won several awards throughout his career including the prize for best poster at the Société Internationale d'Urologie Congress in 2019 and first prize for best podium presentation from the Royal Society of Medicine in 2017. He has had 42 visiting professorships, given 224 invited lectures around the world including the Hunterian oration at the Royal College of Surgeons in 2007 and the Moynihan oration to the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland in 2009 and has been visiting surgeon to 121 institutions around the world. He has a long and distinguished career in urological reconstruction. Mr Tet L Yap is a Consultant specialising in Urology. He established the complex andrological interventions service which involves reconstructive surgery and penile prosthesis. He has also set up an andrological services department at the Royal Marsden, in particular consulting on erectile dysfunction and providing infertility services.

His specialist interests include male fertility (oncofertility), erectile dysfunction and reconstructive organ surgery.
