Dr Jacques Mizan is an experienced Primary Care Practitioner, having worked in a range of practices in the UK including Southward CCG as Clinical Lead and at AT Medics as Lead GP. His interests lie in developing new models of community health care provision which build on self management, empowerment, new ways of connecting and accessing support for health, including further exploration of digital technology and e- health.

Dr Mizan is also passionate about working with communities to co-design practical, sustainable and user generated solutions to unmet social need and about design of healthcare facilities and how these might be optimised to enhance healthcare outcomes.

Dr Jarvis was born and brought up in London. She studied medicine at the University of Sheffield, graduating in 2007. She completed her Foundation Training in Edinburgh and then went on to complete GP training in Somerset. During this time, she gained experience in emergency medicine, psychiatry and paediatrics.

Dr Harry Trakoshis is a General Practitioner Harry's with a wide range of medical interests including sports and exercise medicine, nutrition, sexual health and psychosexual medicine and is an approved examiner for Oil & Gas UK offshore workers. He joined Roodlane in July 2001, became a partner in 2004 and was appointed to the board of directors in 2007.

Dr Trakoshis graduated with distinction from the University of Cape Town, South Africa in 1989. He spent 18 months in postgraduate training posts at Grooteschuur hospital, followed by a year in Canada working with the rural flying doctor service. In 1992 he came to London where he worked in a variety of specialities in teaching hospitals before going on to complete specialist training in general practice and obtain his MRCGP.

Dr Nicole Ernstzen has been working as a private general practitioner in London since 2005, involved in the provision of healthcare for various corporate clients and private patients. Before coming to London, she gained valuable experience working in a small rural hospital gaining a variety of surgical and medical skills.

I qualified from Guy's and St Thomas' medical school in 2002 and completed my training in adult medicine, gaining my membership of the Royal College of Physicians. After this, I entered GP training, completing disciplines in pediatrics and obstetrics and Gynaecology, with a specialist interest in the latter, obtaining my diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists. I have over 12 years of experience as a GP in both the NHS and private primary care sectors, undergoing training in travel health and sexual health, as I have always had an interest in infectious diseases and their prevention.  

Dr Mark Aitken qualified, with merit, from University College Hospital London in 1999. During his General Practice training he worked in the UK, New Zealand and Australia in fields including emergency, paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology, neonatology and general medicine. Dr Aitken joined Roodlane in April 2011.

After qualifying as a General Practitioner in 2005, he worked for two years as an army doctor, looking after soldiers and their families at a tank barracks in the South of England. This provided experience in sports medicine and occupational health. He obtained the MRCGP qualification in 2006 and subsequently spent four years working in Western Australia. There he worked as a General Practitioner, but also as a part time skin cancer physician after being awarded a certificate in Skin Cancer Surgery from the University of Queensland. Dr Aitken's other achievements include a Masters in Human Molecular Genetics and two published journal papers.

Dr Harpreet Saini has been a registered doctor for 30 years. She qualified from Dundee University in 1988. She has worked as a GP for 26 years and was a partner in an NHS practice in Clapham from 1995 to 2013. During that time she was also a programme director for Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital GP vocational training scheme, appraisal lead for NHS SE London and has worked as a panellist for the GMC Fitness to Practice Panels.

Dr Saini also worked as a Family Medicine Consultant in Abu Dhabi for 5 years before returning back to the UK in 2018. She is committed to providing high quality, evidence based medicine.

Dr Saini has additional qualifications in Addictions and Occupational Health.

Dr Millie Saha graduated from Kings College School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1996. She developed a passion for holistic medicine whilst completing her post-graduate general practice training. In 2002 she obtained her MRCGP, passing with merit, and also achieved Membership of the Faculty of Homeopathy.

She then gained further experience in psychiatry whilst working in Australia. Upon returning to the UK in 2003 she resumed work as a London NHS GP and launched her own private integrated medicine practice. This ran until 2009, and was last based at The Hale Clinic.

Dr Saha developed as a conventional GP during the latter part of her career, with a broad skill base and an interest in clinical models. Her private work explored the concepts of integrating disciplines, multi-layered diagnosis and individualised care.

She has additional skills and diplomas in female health and occupational medicine. She moved completely into the private sector in 2011.
