He gained his specialty FRCS (Tr&Orth) accreditation with the Intercollegiate Royal College of Surgeons of Great Britain, and after certification of completion of specialist training, was then appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at University College London Hospitals NHS Trust in 2004. He then went into full time private practice in 2012.

He has many research and educational publications to his name and is often invited to lecture. He is a conveyer of the long established London Regional Foot and Ankle Surgeons problem cases meetings on alternate months.
