He also specialises in general neurosurgery for adults and paediatric diseases which progress into adulthood. He furthermore deals with degenerative spinal problems, including brachalgia, sciatica, spinal cord tumours and all brain tumours.

Having trained extensively in the applications of neuro-endoscopy in neurosurgery, he teaches and lectures internationally on third ventriculostomy, endoscopic treatment of craniopharingiomas and endoscopic applications in pineal tumours. In addition to this, he runs a course on hydrocephalus and endoscopy at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
