Dr Hannah Cookson is a Consultant Dermatologist at St John’s Institute of Dermatology at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and she also sees patients privately, including at HCA at The Shard and The London Bridge Hospital. Dr Cookson treats all general dermatology conditions, including acne, hair loss, benign and cancerous skin lesions and rashes. She also has specialist interests in eczema, cutaneous allergy, urticaria and psoriasis.

Dr Cookson is the lead consultant for the community dermatology service for Southwark and she is also involved in the education and training of GPs with special interest in dermatology. Her focus is on treating patients holistically, ensuring they are actively involved in their treatment decisions.

She graduated from Bristol University Medical School in 2006 and then undertook dermatology specialist training at King’s College Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’s, where she was appointed a substantive consultant in 2017. Dr Cookson has been published and also won prizes for her dedication to patient care.

Dr Victoria Swale is a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist, working both for the NHS and privately. In 2004, Dr Swale graduated with a Doctor of Medicine higher degree from the University of London, for her outstanding research into genetic aspects of skin cancer and moles. In 2005, she was awarded the International Certificate of Dermatopathology. She has widely published in a number of peer-reviewed journals.

Dr Swale is affiliated with a number of distinguished associations and societies. Since 2006, she has been a member of the Dermatology Speciality Question Writing Group for the Royal College of Physicians and was appointed to the Examination Board for Dermatology in 2019. In 2017 and 2019, she took up the role of Senior Judge for the British Association of Dermatologists' Annual Meetings and she is also a core member of the Council for the British Society for the Study of Vulval Diseases.

Outside of her clinical practise, Dr Swale devotes her time to education and sharing her expertise in Dermatology and Pathology. She regularly teaches local GPs based in London and is also frequently invited to speak on numerous national training courses.

Dr Anna Martinez is one of the UK’s leading Paediatric Dermatologists and is internationally recognised for her expertise in this area.
