The Portland were very attentive, always came the second you rang your bell. Unfortunately we had to wait 6 hours for our induction slot, however, we did understand, as you can’t plan labour! The food was fantastic, the room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated, it didn’t seem like a hospital.

It was very good. My daughter was having the surgery so it was quite stressful for me but all the staff were very caring and explained things very well. They made my daughter feel comfortable which really helped by nerves. The food is worth mentioning too as it was really good.
