“From the moment I walked in I felt valued as a patient. The Porter who took me to my room was friendly and explained everything when we got to my room. The nurses were amazing each and every one was so attentive and empathetic it was nice to be in an environment filled with smiles and reassurance. I did not feel like I was in a hospital at all, I suffer with anxiety and I can literally say I had none of it rushing through my body once I entered my room and met everyone. Best hospital experience of my life and I am truly grateful to everyone. “

Welcome to London Bridge Hospital

About

London Bridge Hospital is one of the largest private hospitals in the country, providing acute care across all medical specialties, for patients within the UK and from around the world. They are at the cutting-edge of medicine, performing complex procedures like living donor renal and liver transplants, and stem cell transplants for blood cancers and multiple sclerosis. It's all thanks to the hospital's team of eminent consultants, all leaders in their fields of medicine. These distinguished men and women are supported by sub-specialised teams of nurses and other healthcare professionals, delivering care safely to the highest standards. Imaging, radiology, dietetics, physiotherapy and specialist counselling is all available, and staff are always registered with the appropriate professional bodies. Formal training and education, including university courses, help staff stay up to date with the latest medical developments and discoveries, and there's also a wide range of work-based, in-house workshops. Overseas patients are welcome at the London Bridge Hospital where there are specialist meals, foreign language TV and people on hand to translate. The tailored, customised individual care patients receive here has made the hospital a popular choice with GPs, consultants and patients. A central London location makes it easy to find and simple to travel to.

Some staff members at reception and administration were not aware that they are employed to serve the patients. Attitude problems.

From the time the appointment was made to the time I was seen, it was very seamless. Excellent experience created by every team member who had to deal with me. Love the immediate access to bloodwork and scans without having to make another appointment. Awesome and prompt communication from everyone. Each team member was very sympathetic and focused on getting me better. If I had to travel from afar, I would still prefer to come to London Bridge Hospital.
