From the outset, I was greeted very politely by reception at 80 Harley Street despite my turning up at the wrong building. The lovely professional reception lady put me straight and directed me where I needed to go. As I have said already, Craig and his assistant who conducted my CT scan at 16 Devonshire Street were charming. I then popped back to 80 Harley Street for bloods and a friendly, professional male nurse (from Greece) dealt with this. I commented to him that I didn’t feel a thing as the needle went in as he was so skilled. I then went for a walk and returned to 80 Harley Street at 2:15ish where again I was met by an extremely polite gentleman on reception who gave me a form to complete and he directed me to the 2nd floor. When I arrived at the 2nd floor yet again I was greeted with a smile by a lovely lady who offered me tea/coffee. My consultation with Mary McCormac and her delightful nurse Tracy was, as usual, a very professional affair. As I have said previously, Mary is nothing but exemplary in her doctor/patient skills. Mary instills such confidence and makes one feel at complete ease. It was lovely to see Nurse Tracy again as she once administer my chemo. She too is a charming young lady. I cannot fault my experience in any way whatsoever.
